Which format should we choose for the project?
We start from your support, the area to equip and the expected gesture. Depending on the need, the exchange may point to a magnetic band, a textile magnetic zip, a sheath or a specific adaptation.
Can the holding force be adjusted?
Yes, it is qualified according to the material, thickness, distance between magnetic faces, equipped length and mounting geometry. This is why a test on the real support is often useful.
Do we already need a prototype?
No. A sketch, photos or an existing part are enough to start. If the project is further along, our design office can also work from a prototype or an already assembled product.
What information should we send?
Share the material, thickness, mounting area, expected gesture, use or care constraints, project stage and expected volumes. A few images help a lot.
Can we prepare for series integration?
Yes, but only after validating the right format on your product. The first goal is to frame the assembly, user comfort, holding level and manufacturing constraints.
Are there constraints to anticipate?
Yes. Magnets, covering textiles, washing, electronics or sensitive medical environments can influence the solution. Mention these constraints in the first message.
