This policy describes how SYSTEMMAG SAS collects, uses and protects your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU Regulation 2016/679) and applicable French data protection law.

01Data controller

02Data collected

We only collect data you voluntarily provide through the site's forms (contact, sample request, sales inquiry): name, first name, business email, phone, company, industry, and message content. No sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR is collected.

03Purposes and legal basis

Your data is processed to: (1) respond to your sales and technical inquiries — legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at your request; (2) send you information about our products and updates — legal basis: legitimate interest (B2B prospecting) or consent if you have explicitly opted in; (3) comply with our accounting and tax obligations — legal basis: legal obligation.

04Recipients and processors

Your data is accessed only by authorized SYSTEMMAG SAS staff. It is processed by the following sub-processors, covered by GDPR-compliant agreements: Resend, Inc. (transactional and form-notification emails); Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA (site hosting). No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

05Transfers outside the EU

Some sub-processors (Resend, Vercel) are located in the United States. Data transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and/or by the Data Privacy Framework where applicable.

06Retention period

Contact form and B2B prospecting data: 3 years from your last active contact, in line with CNIL guidelines. Data related to a contractual relationship (invoicing, orders): 10 years in accordance with legal accounting obligations. Beyond these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.

07Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure: encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS), access restricted to authorized personnel, regular backups and strong password policies.

08Your rights

Under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time and to issue post-mortem directives. To exercise these rights, write to contact@systemmag.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
