Centred ZIP G
ZIP G - Centred geometry
Centred closure
The ZIP G is designed for front openings and flat alignments. The magnetic pockets are centred, with stitching zones on both sides.
Choose your spacing — 10 standard references
Same 20 mm band, same 6 × 4 × 1.5 mm Nd-Fe-B magnets: from one reference to the next, only the spacing between imprints changes. Tight spacing multiplies the closure points — maximum continuity and hold for demanding openings. Wide spacing lightens the band and the cost per metre — ideal for flap retention and long runs. Every reference is sold by the metre, in black or white.
Different spacing, magnetic grade (N38–N52) or specific colour: our design office adapts the band to your specification.
Special variants
Beyond the ten standard spacings, two variants address specific needs. Each reference has its own datasheet — our design office qualifies the right variant for your project.
Zip GD — paired pockets
The Zip CD equivalent in centred geometry: magnetic pockets grouped in pairs with a wide interval between pairs, pacing the closure over long runs.
Zip GE — fitted with Magnet Blocks
The Zip CE equivalent in centred geometry: the zip directly receives Magnet Blocks (V04 to V12) at 3, 5 or 8 cm intervals, for heavily loaded closures.
